You can reprogram your brain for success in life or business in six simple steps.
Studies have shown that Americans watch an average of six hours and 47 minutes a day of television. (http://www.csun.edu/science/health/docs/tv&health.html).
SIX Hours of sitcoms, news (all bad, to depress you), etc. Your brain works like a computer, garbage in, garbage out.
Coincidently, there are six simple steps to reprogram your brain for success; and they take about six hours a day to implement.
If you don't have six hours a day due to having to work a job, implement three steps a day, and do the other three on your day off.
You'll find, you can multitask and implement some steps you didn't think you had time for.
Step 1 - Read a self help book, an audio book doesn't count.
Read a self help book, either a hold it in your hand, turn the page book or in electronic format, like Kindle, etc.
I'm sorry, fiction and romance novels don't count either.
Reading print and listening to an audio book are processed differently by the brain, and you want to train both modalities of the brain.
Read for an hour a day, no more, no less, and move to another step.

Step 2 - Listen to a self help audio.
Audio's are processed differently than reading by the brain.
The nice things about audio's, you can implement and use them with other activites.
Listen to audio's an hour a day. While on a bike ride, during a workout at the gym, or driving to work.
Again, make these self help audios of the authors above, or one of the many inspirational authors on the internet.
Step 3 - Do something to get leads, build your list.
Do something to build your list of contacts.
The secret in in your list if your in business. If you don't have your own business of some kind; I recommend you start one.
It is being predicted that 45% of all American workers jobs will be discontinued and will be replaced with automated technology within the next decade.
Some of the ways to generate leads are:
- Blogs
- videos
- solo ads
- social media
If you don't know how to generate leads find someone who knows how, and listen to their advise.
Step 4 - Hang out with folks that are like what you want to become.
"Birds of a feather flock together" or "You are who you hang out with". Both statements are true.
Hang out with people smarter than you, listen to them and live their advise.
Before long, you'll start thinking and acting like them.
Step 5 - Meditate Daily
I like to meditate at night.before going to sleep. I review my goals and think of what I want in my life.
I picture my life and how I want it to be. I use all of my senses when I'm meditating, I smell where I am, see where I am, I hear my surroundings, I feel where I am, I live the moment.
Then I drift off to sleep with a pad next to my bed.
Often answers come to me from my subconscious, and I wake up with answers. When this happens I write it on my pad.
Step 6 - Make a finite obtainable goal.
Make a goal for yourself, write it down with a date you'll obtain it.
Sign Your goal.
Review Step 5 and Step 6 three times a day.
If you'll print this out and put it to practice, you will be surprised at the changes in yourself, and in your life.
