The Game Of Life And How To Play It

Today's Tid Bit is a book I recommend you read, "The Game of Life and How To Play It".

The book was written by a woman named Florence Scovel Shinn in the early 1900's, and is a "before it's time publication". It's available as a free pdf download... just click on any of the title links.

Florence Scovel Shinn married a gentleman named Everett Shinn, an American Realist Painter.

One of Everett Shinn's claims to fame was creating The Waverly Players; however, he was most know for his art. You can view a small portion of Everett Shinn's art by clicking here.

Unfortunately, Everett and Florence were divorced in 1912.

In the early 1900's it wasn't easy for single women to exist on their own, "without a man".

Florence didn't let this stop her; instead, Florence examined her life and turned to "new thought", and authored multiple books. Several of which, she had to publish herself.

She published "The Game of Life and How To Play It" in 1925.

In "The Game of Life and How To Play It" explains success principles and their application, in a light hearted, easy to read format.

I sincerely hope this helps you to learn how to play the game of life on a new level.
