Break Your Day Into Super Sessions - Time Management - Macro and Micro Super Sessions
Break Your Day Into Micro Super Sessions - Time Management
Let me explain, what I learned from others to do to get my time under control.
My Macro Super Sessions I broke into two different sets of days.
Macro Session One I performed on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Macro Session Two I performed on Tuesdays and Thursdays.... I still have an occasional Saturday Micro "Free" Session (to do something that needs to be done quickly...I primarily want the weekends for me.
When Starting Out Your Time Management Macro Super Sessions Will Be Longer.
Your time management macro super session will be made up of multiple micro super sessions; and since your just starting out you will need to perform more work relating into more and longer micro sessions. Each of my Macro Super Sessions consisted of eight - one hour micro super sessions.
I would have had 12 micro super sessions, had I not been recuperating from stroke symptoms from a medical condition.
Your micro super sessions will differ from mine based on your hopes, wishes, desires and circumstances.
My Macro Super Session One repeated every (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) as an example was:
Hour 1 - Quiet time going over my meditation and journal logging from the night before. You'll get an explanation about that later.
Hour 2 - Email Reading and Answering of Emails.
Hour 3 - Self Improvement and Education Hour. Watch a video, listen to an audio, or read a book.
Hour 4 - Income Producing Activity hour 1, (perform some type of income generating activity, place ads, blog, etc.). Choose one item... do it for an hour, then stop.
Hour 5 - Income Producing Activity hour 2, (perform a second income producing activity for an hour, then stop).
Hour 6 - Income Producing Activity hour 3 (a different topic than 1 & 2 performed for an hour then stop).
Hour 7 - Income Producing Activity hour 4 (a different topic than 1, 2 & 3 for an hour and stop,
Hour 8 - Return Phone Calls and Follow Ups that came in for the day for an hour then stop.
My Macro Super Session Two - performed on Tuesdays and Thursdays was simply made up of tasks I couldn't fit in on Monday, Wednesday, or Fridays.
By assigning these tasks to a schedule it helps keep them from melding all together and appearing as an impossible feat to complete.
** A note on my logging and meditation journal. I keep a spiral bound five subject note book that I date each day with my goals for the day written down the night before.
I close my eyes and think of my goals, I reaffirm my reason for doing what I do, and I think of ways to achieve my goals and add that to my journal.
I keep my journal with me throughout the day, and I write down anything I think of... You could call it "My Master Mind Notebook".
I review my Master Mind Note Book before I go to sleep; you would be surprised how your sub conscience comes up with answers while you sleep.
Hour 1 Quiet Time is the same daily Monday through Friday, as I review my Master Mind Notebook from the night before.
Saturdays I mentioned as an occasional free time. It simply means an idea or task that can't wait and needs to be initiated as soon as possible.

Ways To Get Money To Invest
Ways To Get Money To Invest
A Lot of the folks that contact me ask "How Can I Get Money To Invest".
- When you spend pocket money each day.. break a bill, place the change left over in a jar until it accumulates to whatever amount your investment is.
- Get a temporary second job, save your checks towards your investment.
- Working two jobs already? Get a third job.
- Quit your underpaying, life sucking current job for a better one.
- Can't find a better job? Create One. This is still America, you can be anything that you want to be. Corporations and Politicians want you to believe you need them;and you can't get along without them...That's a big old crock of crap. Corporations and Politicians want to pay you as little as possible, and keep you in a subservient position. Haven't you paid attention to the political speeches being made?.... They basically are calling the American People "Stupid", so stupid, they can't make their own decisions"!
- Donate plasma, you can safely do it every ten days, and it's good for a couple of hundred dollars a month, to give you money to invest.
- Get Free Money in Your Pocket Shopping, and it's free to join., click the link to the left for details.
- Borrow money from someone.
- Find a partner to split the investment.
- The list goes on and on for ways to get money to invest.

Frugality Is The Cornerstone To Wealth
Being Frugal Is The Cornerstone To Wealth
Being Frugal Is One Of The Secrets Of The Wealthy
The five common shared traits are as follows:
- living below their means (frugality)
- allocating funds efficiently in ways that build wealth (investing)
- ignoring conspicuous consumption (don't buy things you don't need)
- being proficient in targeting marketing opportunities (being able to recognize opportunities, and acting on them quickly).
- choosing the "right" occupation (choosing an occupation that pays you for what you're worth, not what your boss thinks your worth).

Linda and I on a Power Vacation at Redington Beach, Florida.
When we work we work, we work hard; when we relax we relax hard.
We used to be members of the work 40-60 hours a week club, until we found a better way.
We now belong to a new club. We work when we want, we live our life when we want, we spend our time together, when we want.
We really enjoy fishing and boating at different locations, across Florida.
We’re houseboat shopping so we can stop pulling a boat everywhere. We’re just going to dock the houseboat and spend a lot of time there.
We still work, but no longer for corporate America, and some Fat Cat behind a desk. We now work for ourselves online, and have a great life.
I can run our online businesses from anywhere in the world, from my laptop. We are real people, with real stories.
I don’t stock an inventory, I don’t make telephone calls, my businesses pretty much run themselves, and I love it.
If you’d like a no obligation, no cost introduction as to how we do it, click here now!
We’ll see you on the water!
