Oxford University Study Says "45% of American Jobs Will Be Automated Within 2 Decades".

There was a recent study performed by Oxford University predicting that 45% of American Jobs will be automated with the next 2 decades, a mere 20 years.
These are not just manual labor jobs, these include the higher education jobs of physicians and attorneys also.
Look how easy it is to look up legal and medical advise online, think about this...I mean stop what you're doing and really think about it!
It isn't that far of a reach with optical recognition, voice recognition and miniaturization for a surgeon to be replaced in a surgery suite; or a burger flipper being replaced.
The list doesn't stop there... Waiters and Waitresses being replace with Ipad Stations at the tables where customers select their entrees from a menu, displayed on the Ipad... then swiping their credit card to pay at the table for convenience; or having to pay their bill before being allowed to leave the establishment. This may sound a little George Orwellian; but, believe me... it's fully within our grasp.
There is a small portion of the people who realize this is coming, and are preparing for it. However, a large majority of the masses are blind to the fact it is coming, and are just plodding along, happy in their rut... until, they receive that pink slip.
My question for you is, "What will you do"?
The President's Executive Order on Immigration Reform will bring it on some citizens faster than others.
